Job Advert Description The role Based in Abu Dhabi, the new recruit will advise clients on a diverse range of local company commercial matters within the UAE, including Free Zones, and help review commercial contracts. What you will be doing
- Deletion of assistance on complex DD.
- Advising on a wide range of company secretarial matters.
- Advising on the incorporation of entities within the UAE.
- Assisting on drafting commercial agreements.
- Assisting on drafting and amending memorandum and articles of association.
- Advising on employment law.
- Assisting on preparation and delivery of data privacy advice.
- Building, maintaining, and developing client relationships.
- Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives.
- Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
- Assisting with training and development of junior legal staff.
- Directly relevant paralegal experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice from an international law firm.
- Experience gained within the Middle East would be an advantage but not essential.
- Law degree/ law conversion and LPC/SQE holder.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Can-do, hardworking, and flexible approach.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills.
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels.
- An interest and substantive experience in data privacy advice is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent academic record.
