We are urgently looking for Interior Designer - (joinery and Fit Out experience is must).Job Description:Preparing detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings, pictures or 3Ds for productionPreparing joinery Shop Drawings and as-built drawings for client/ consultant approvalChecking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculationsDeveloping Bill of Quantities (BOQ) when requiredSurveying sites and developing shop drawings and drafting when neededCoordinate with the Production Managers, Project Engineers, Designers and/or Clients for the necessary updates and changes required for shop drawings.Skills Required:-Ability to work well under pressure Highly flexible & adaptableAbility to work effectively with multicultural workforceGood knowledge about AutoCAD & detail drawings.Candidate should be familiar with DM regulations and standards.Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to workMust have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and schedulingHigh proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D,3D and MS Office - all other IT proficiencies is a plusEducation/Experience Required:-Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design and any related certifications is a plusAt least 3-6 years of professional experience as a Draftsman in Interior fit-out/joineryExtensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design
