Deliver growth in revenue sell through targets from HORECA outlets.Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the HORECA outlets and distribution centerGrow and protect HORECA accountsCorrect positioning of the brand and the product portfolio in the territoryResponsible for building the right sales forecast and managing the product inventories with the outletsObservation and reports of competitor activitiesActive search for new channel generation for the businessResponsible for making sure clients have the correct orderUndertake new accounts development initiatives with proper market survey, competition analysis and market penetration.Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reportingAnalyze and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basisNegotiate with the HORECA outlets to build and execute strong and impactful demand generation plans with named accountsJob Requirements:B.Sc in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any related fieldMinimum of 3 to 5 years HORECA experienceAbility to identify sales opportunitiesAbility to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to make formal/ informal presentationsAbility to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivatedMust be able to demonstrate persistence, ability to overcome obstacles and desire to improve skills and achieve assigned goals
