Discover your purple and join our People & Culture Team today!About the People & Culture teamGrant Thornton UAE's People & Culture team is dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace where top talent thrives through dynamic recruitment, innovative engagement, and continuous development, driving success for our people and clients.As the TA Leader some of your responsibilities will include:Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the firm's goalsLead the recruitment function from strategy to execution, optimizing processes for efficiency and impactBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and trustTake personal responsibility for senior-level hiring, ensuring swift and high-quality outcomesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-tier candidatesManage programs such as graduate recruitment, global mobility, secondments and Emiratisation, to support talent pipelines, strategic goals and regulatory requirementsSet and exceed KPIs for time-to-hire, quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction and exceptional candidate experienceImplement and manage candidate assessment tools, including psychometric and technical evaluationsMentor and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering growth and a high-performance cultureCollaborate with the People & Culture team to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational prioritiesThink you've got what it takes to join our People & Culture team? Here are a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years in recruitment, with a minimum of 5+ years in leadership rolesProven success in senior-level recruitment, KPI management, and strategic program oversightExperience in professional services, or financial services recruitment is essential, exposure with Big 4 firms is highly advantageousProactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on reducing time-to-hire and delivering efficient recruitment outcomesApproachable and collaborative, building trust and fostering teamwork across all levelsExceptional communicator, skilled in influencing decisions and managing complex conversationsStrategic and hands-on, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day executionProficient in ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and candidate assessment technologies to streamline processes and reporting.
