As we expand our team, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and engaging with diverse audiences across digital platforms.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be at the forefront of our online presence, crafting compelling narratives and strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to develop and implement effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies, incorporating them into our strategies to keep our brand at the cutting edge.

Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels.

Manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.

Engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with followers.

Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on social media trends, analytics, and feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest).

Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to produce visually appealing and compelling content.

Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
