Be a part of a team driven by a purpose of shaping the world that we live in, based on trust and integrity in markets, dynamic businesses, and communities where businesses and people thrive.Join us to expand your horizons, be inspired, face challenges, and most importantly, be yourself.As a Senior Techno Functional Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:Understanding business processes and contributing to solutions for corporate users in becoming more efficient and effective in using Dynamics Finance & OperationsUnderstanding the architecture of D365 Finance & OperationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirementsAccomplishing complete configurations and innovative system designs for the D365 Finance & Operations related applicationsDeveloping & maintaining forms, reports including Power BI and SSRS, Business Events, Workflow and other technical areas for D365 Finance & OperationsProviding technical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new technologies to assist business usersWorking collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Finance and Operations issuesCreating and maintaining documents for software development lifecycle such as scope document, solution design document, technical design document, etc.Ability to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraintsSoftware update and environment maintenanceKnowledge of RESTful API design and developmentFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS)Think you've got what it takes to be a Senior Techno Functional Consultant? Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:Bachelor's degree in Computer ScienceMBA in Finance or CFA is advantageous7 to 8 years of experience in software development and reportingBalancing self-driven tasks with collaborative efforts, adapting flexibly to team needs and project goalsClearly conveying ideas, actively listening, and building strong professional relationships through effective, empathetic communicationConsistently delivers client-focused service, building trust and meeting expectations with proactive, solution-oriented engagementInspiring and guiding team members, providing support, feedback, and delegation to foster a positive, high-performing environmentEngaging across functions, valuing diverse perspectives and balancing individual contributions to drive collective successDelivering clear, engaging presentations, adapting to audience needs and effectively communicating complex ideasExcellent technical skills in X++, SSRS, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, DataverseExcellent functional skills in Project Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General LedgerExcellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Arabic is advantageousAt Grant Thornton we're focused on making a difference in the lives of our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
