Position: Consultant Psychiatrist, DubaiCompany: Allocation Assist Middle EastAbout The CompanyAllocation Assist Middle East is a leading consultancy agency. Our team is dedicated to finding the best talent to meet our client's needs and to provide exceptional service to our healthcare professionals.Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a consultant psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in our healthcare facility in Dubai. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions. Your role will also involve providing guidance and support to junior doctors and clinical staff.Key Responsibilities IncludeConducting initial psychological evaluations of patients and determining appropriate treatment plansConducting regular follow-up assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment planProviding individual and group therapy sessionsPrescribing and managing psychiatric medicationsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and nurses to develop and implement treatment plansMaintaining accurate and thorough patient recordsParticipating in departmental meetings and clinical discussionsKeeping up-to-date with the latest developments in psychiatric treatments and medicationsProviding guidance and supervision to junior doctors and clinical staffAdhering to professional and ethical standards set by the company and regulatory bodiesQualifications And ExperienceMedical Degree from an accredited institutionSpecialist or Consultant level certification in PsychiatryMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant PsychiatristExperience in working with diverse patient populationsStrong knowledge of psychiatric treatments and medicationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsMust be Western-trainedAbility to relocate to Dubai, if not already based in the UAEWhy work with usHighly competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team of healthcare professionalsState-of-the-art facilities and equipmentProfessional development and continued education opportunitiesRelocation assistance and supportIf you are a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist looking for a challenging and rewarding role, then we would love to hear from you!
