The successful candidate will report directly to the regional FD and take ownership and responsibility for identifying compliance issues and leading the implementation of improvements.The RoleThe Compliance Manager will ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the internal control framework. Ensure efficient, effective, and reliable Business Control and Accounting systems exist in the region. Ensure compliance with all Corporate, and BU Directives, Policies, and Authority Mandates.Provide advice to the Regional Management Executives on the Code of Conduct. Provide functional direction, leadership, training, and support to business managers and functional managers in all control and compliance issues. Act as process owner for Risk Management.
