About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our Childcare Centre located in Deniliquin, NSW , on a full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of centre operations, including leadership, compliance, staffing, and creating a safe and engaging environment. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of educators, supported by an Educational Leader and 2 IC Build strong relationships with staff, children, and families Ensure compliance with regulations and champion continual improvement Manage staffing, rostering, and cost control With the support of the Educational Leaders and a 2 IC, you will generally be working off the floor and will be responsible for staffing management, rostering and cost control. You will be well-supported by our administration team, who will ensure that enrolments, accounts and fee processing are managed, leaving you to focus on continual improvement. About You You’ll hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education , or equivalent with experience in a leadership role or as a Nominated Supervisor.
