About the Role As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic priorities and operational success. Your contributions will directly impact our growth while ensuring compliance and offerings stay up to date with the latest hospitality requirements. In this position, you will: Create and implement a 12-month to 5-year strategy to grow student numbers and offerings. Regularly review training packages and manage transitions for updates in units and qualifications to maintain current and relevant content. Manage compliance ensuring all ASQA requirements are met. Promote and market Erdi Academy to create a best-in-class household name. Develop and manage strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and sustainable growth. Identify and secure external funding opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with: Exceptional skills in strategic planning, project management, operational leadership, and change management. Proven success in growing an RTO and increasing student numbers. The ability to build and sustain meaningful partnerships with stakeholders and drive mutually beneficial outcomes. Must hold the current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Preferably a Diploma of Hospitality Management.
