• Preparing the proposals
• Management of E-Governance Projects/Tenders (Financial & Non-Financial)
• Identifying the latest floated Govt tenders through various Govt portals
• Business development, strategic initiatives, business alliances
• Analyzing the bid details, solutions, concepts including associated risks
• Leading bid & tender management team to enhance its effectiveness
• Review team performance initiate steps to improve quality & productivity
• Enable informed decision making (go-no-go) for bidding for specific project
• Proposal Management, Tendering, Writing and Preparation of PPT/ Presentations
• Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body
• Develop and customize profiles/CVs of key experts as per bid requirements of the ToR
• Liaise with CXO's & government officials for initiating prospective project collaboration
• Attend project meetings, present solution and objection handling on company's behalf
• Manage key relationships with corporate clients, govt. Agencies and business partners
• Initiate strategic collaboration & spearhead new business alliances within India & abroad
• Revenue generation by introducing projects, product lines and potential partners for business growth
• Ensure compliance of proposal as per tender requirements and support on preparation of EOI/RFQ/RFP Proposals
• Cross-functional coordination with internal & external teams for solution development
• Government sales, liaising, tendering & bid management
• Market research, data mining, business intelligence to prepare business case and asses projects' potential, identify key partners, market places as well as industries.
