Experience - 5-8 years (Real Estate Industry only) - Residential Projects Key Responsibilities: Client Support:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat regarding property listings, buying/selling processes, and related concerns.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on properties, contracts, and procedures.
Communication Management:
  • Serve as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Follow up with clients to provide updates on the status of transactions or requests.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database or CRM system.
  • Coordinate property showings, schedule appointments, and assist with event planning related to open houses or real estate exhibitions.
  • Process documents such as contracts, agreements, and property disclosures.
Sales and Marketing Support:
  • Assist in responding to online inquiries and directing potential clients to sales agents.
  • Share marketing materials, brochures, or property details with clients.
  • Support promotional efforts, including preparing and distributing property listings or advertisements.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
  • Handle urgent or unexpected client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Mediate concerns between buyers, sellers, and agents when necessary.
Knowledge Building:
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and local real estate regulations.
  • Continuously update knowledge about company policies, services, and real estate inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate or similar qualifications matching the profile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills & ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
