Business Finance Manager

Position : Business Finance Manager Location : Bangalore Experience : 2-3 Years CTC : ₹6-8 LPA (Fixed) Work Schedule : 6 Days Working, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Mode : Work from Office Reporting To : Co-founder and Board Members Key Responsibilities : Financial Planning & Analysis :

• Develop and maintain financial models to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

• Oversee and manage the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operations.

• Analyze revenue streams and recommend strategies for maximizing profitability.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to the Co-founder and board members.

• Streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance or business finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
