Responsibilities

Formulate a well-defined project plan to streamline all the resources and activities for achieving high productivity.
Visit the construction site to assess practical challenges and study relevant reports for suggesting modifications.
Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
Organize materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies.
Focus on safety standards and regulations during each stage of project development.
Assist the team in various project-related activities like planning, tendering, and pricing as per requirement.

Skills

Fresh graduate.
Degree in Engineering.
Willing to relocate to Zuluf, Eastern Province.
Having SCE Certificate.
Join immediately.
Good communication skills in English & Arabic.
Previous working exposure to civil engineering projects, including on-site management activities.
Ability to solve intricate problems using engineering concepts and modeling software.
Eager to work in a variety of setups that include on-site and in-office activities.
Excellent report writing skills.
Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
Professional technical education in Civil Engineering with expertise in Project Management.
