The Role Are you passionate about driving growth in the Information Technology and Services sector? We are looking for a friendly and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships. You will work closely with our dedicated sales and marketing teams to implement innovative strategies that will increase our market share. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs in the ICT industry.
- Analyze market data and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans for growth.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ICT solutions and services that meet their needs and add value to their business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including ICT solution architects, technical experts, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Track performance against targets, and report on KPIs.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on project pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in ICT business development, with a successful track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of ICT services and solutions.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
