Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Aveo Lindfield Gardens Retirement Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality daily care services for residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and your colleagues to deliver exceptional care outcomes. Your strong communication skills and ability to build genuine connections with others will be essential in fostering a supportive and inclusive community environment. About the Role Provide safe and effective daily personal care to residents, tailored to their individual needs and preferences Ensure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence Assist residents with medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties Support residents with recreational and social activities, promoting engagement and connection Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required) Current First Aid and CPR certificate (required) Current Police Check clearance (required, however Aveo can complete this for you) Current COVID-19 vaccinations up to date (required)
