About the Role This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As a PCA, you will enjoy: $32.14/hour + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program You will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, and possess the following skills and qualifications: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance Current First Aid & CPR certificate Current Police Check clearance Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date
