4. Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, well organised cost estimations, and budget assessments.

1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
2. Proficient in cost estimation software.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
