Job Description
- Strategic Direction:Develop and implement strategicplans to achieve salesgrowth objectives, aligning withorganizational goals.
- Team Leadership:Lead a team ofsales representatives, providing guidance andsupport to ensure successfulsales performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales team's budget planning and financial management,ensuring cost-effectiveness and resourceoptimization.
- Product Promotion:Promote cardiac devicesto physicians, hospital personnel,and other healthcare professionals, highlightingtheir clinicalbenefits andvalue proposition.
- Account Management:Build and maintain strongrelationships withexisting customers, identifyingopportunities toexpand productusage and develop newaccounts.
- Sales Performance:Analyze salesdata to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges,and adjust sales strategiesaccordingly.
- Product Education:Provide educational support to customers on the clinical use and benefits of cardiac devices, using various formats such as presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements
- Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration).
