About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted business partner within our Finance team, focusing on the financial management of our Retail Customer Service, Operations and Brand and Marketing teams. You will play a crucial role in helping the business understand and interpret financial results, offering valuable insights, analytics, and advice to drive performance improvement. In this role you will:

1. Partner with Customer Service, Operations and Brand and Marketing teams to support commercial decisions and optimize financial performance.
2. Ensure accuracy of financial results and provide advice to enhance decision-making processes.
3. Deliver annual budgets and ongoing forecasts, incorporating actionable insights from trends and risks.
4. Build and maintain financial models and BI dashboards based on customer and stakeholder requirements.
5. Support automation efforts to streamline processes and focus on value-added insights and decision support.

About you

We are seeking a proactive and results-focused person with great financial acumen and excellent communication skills. You will have:

1. Extensive experience in financial analysis or management accounting.
2. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship building skills.
3. Experience in financial modelling and analysis, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
4. Effective problem-solving capability and a collaborative team player.
5. A curious and continuous improvement focused mindset with a passion for optimisation through data and technology.
