Social Media Marketer Job Summary: The Social Media Marketer is responsible for driving significant growth and engagement across key social media platforms while consistently meeting or exceeding defined marketing targets. This role requires a data-driven and creative individual who can develop and execute impactful social media campaigns that achieve specific objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to overall business growth. Responsibilities: * Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies aligned with brand voice, marketing objectives, and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create compelling original content (text, images, videos) and curate relevant third-party content.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
  • Conduct social media listening and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Community Management:
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture online communities around the brand.
  • Identify and address potential social media crises effectively.
* Growth & Performance:
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined marketing targets (e.g., increase in followers, website traffic, engagement rates, lead generation).
  • Drive website traffic and conversions through social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly report on social media performance and provide actionable insights.
* Paid Social Advertising:
  • Assist in the development and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media budgets to maximize ROI.
* Stay Updated:
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to leverage social media for business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a demonstrable track record of success in achieving measurable results and meeting or exceeding marketing targets.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for social media and a strong interest in digital marketing trends.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
