• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and audit processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a CA to grow and contribute to the financial health of our organization.

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
2. Taxation: Handle direct and indirect tax filings, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning.
3. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
4. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in financial performance.
6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax laws, including timely filing of necessary documentation.
7. Ad-hoc Financial Support: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statements, and accounting software.
• Tax Knowledge: Proficiency in tax laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institution.
