Manager - Business Development (Corporate Partnerships) | Donatekart Join us at Donatekart , India’s leading product-based crowdfunding platform, and play a key role in driving corporate partnerships to expand our impact. As a Manager of Business Development , you will lead sales initiatives, build strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, and create meaningful partnerships to scale our volunteering and disaster relief programs. This dynamic role requires strategic thinking, a passion for social impact, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead Sales Initiatives:

  • Proactively engage with corporate CSR teams, stakeholders, and prospects to initiate discussions, build relationships, and create opportunities for collaboration.
Sales Cycle Management:
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, including initiating calls, arranging meetings, crafting proposals, and closing deals, ensuring high-value opportunities are secured.
Collaborative Proposal Development:
  • Draft impactful business proposals, sales pitches, presentations, and reference materials that align with corporate CSR goals.
Target Achievement:
  • Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring quotas for calls, meetings, and deal closures are met or exceeded. Report progress to senior management and refine sales strategies as needed.
Data-Driven Strategies:
  • Develop metric-based tracking of proposals and targets to ensure transparency and accountability in the sales process.
Networking and Representation:
  • Represent Donatekart at conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate leads, analyze competition, and enhance the organization's brand visibility.
Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the social sector, CSR, or NGO space.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong passion for social impact and belief in purpose-driven corporate engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • High energy, perseverance, and a proactive attitude to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
