Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller at Immigration Experts Delhi in New Delhi. This Advisor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, facilitating communication, and offering visa consulting services to clients. Interpersonal communication skills are essential for building relationships and providing guidance to individuals seeking study opportunities abroad. Sales & Client Management STUDY ABROAD:

• Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and provide information about our services.
• Conduct consultation, both in person and virtually, to discuss students’ aspirations and how our services can support their goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Call and follow up on leads and inquiries, managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
• Work on monthly sales targets as KRA to meet sales expectations as designed by managers.
• Develop and Close on your sales pipelines to ensure revenue allocated to you is achieved.
