Leading Utilities Group company Duration: Immediate till 30 June 2026, extendable/convertible Working Location: Kallang Sector Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) Job Duties Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues. Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities. Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Diploma from a recognized institute. Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
