In this role, you’ll be a creative force and a strategic doer, working hands-on across campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that resonate with our vibrant tribe. Responsibilities include being our: Brand Guardian
- Immerse yourself in eywa's essence—our tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity—and embody it in everything you do.
- Spark creative ideas to shape eywa's evolving identity in a way that feels fresh, bold, and true to our mission.
- Research industry trends and best-in-class examples to stay ahead of the curve.
- Write creative briefs that inspire impactful storytelling.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and agencies to produce campaigns that excite and engage.
- Run end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns, from strategy to launch, across brand, social, digital, and press.
- Create on-brand content for social media (Instagram, Facebook) and email campaigns that speak directly to our audience.
- Manage and update digital platforms to keep eywa's online presence dynamic and engaging.
- Write compelling press releases, fact sheets, and biographies that amplify eywa's narrative.
- Build and maintain media and influencer lists to foster connections that align with eywa's ethos.
- Conceptualise and execute on-brand events that bring eywa's vision to life for our community.
- Coordinate venue sourcing, event collateral, and immersive touch-points that align with our brand identity.
- Lead post-event reviews to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for media, influencer, partnership, and sponsorship queries.
- Make things happen by organising timelines, tracking budgets, and facilitating venue meetings.
- Support the smooth execution of campaigns through meticulous planning and coordination.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, keeping everything aligned with eywa’s high standards. What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, advertising, or consulting (or an internship with significant exposure to these areas).
- Creativity: A fresh perspective and the ability to think outside the box.
- Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
