Servicenow HRSD Expert

• Configure and implement the ServiceNow HRSD platform to meet business needs

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Expert to enhance HR operations and employee experience through platform implementation and optimization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing solutions, and ensuring the effective use of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement the ServiceNow HRSD platform to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design workflows, forms, and reports to optimize platform functionality.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the platform for seamless operations.
• Train users and create documentation for effective platform utilization.
• Stay updated on HRSD best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure HRSD solutions support organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Required Essential : • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD. • Strong understanding of HR processes and industry best practices. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform. • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred: • ServiceNow certification(s) • Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM).

• • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript.
