Sales Key Accounts Specialist - B2B Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Jeddah Industrial City) Main Purpose of Job In this position, you will actively seek out and engage customers prospects to boost growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning sales continuously to grow sales in designated territory and customers by maintaining relationships with current customers and penetrating new customers in the market.
- Achieve assigned sales target by promoting and selling the company’s product and ensuring after-sales services.
- Handle customer issues and resolve observations whenever possible or escalate them to the responsible manager to ensure they are dealt with effectively.
- Assist in market research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and propose marketing plans and activities accordingly.
- Prepare reports on closing activities, follow-up, and growth against targets.
- Develop and maintain customers’ database for high standard customer service and sales growth.
- Assist in promotional and special marketing initiatives to promote the brand of the company.
