  1. To provide clean, hygienic, comfortable and hazard-free areas in the hotel, achieving maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, while maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.
  2. Responsible for usage of all departmental master keys and all other keys to ensure safety and security for guests and hotel property.
  3. Ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained consistently to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  4. Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
  5. Responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, Executive Offices, and other duties as assigned.
  6. Report any matters affecting the interests of the hotel to Management.
Key Responsibilities: People Management
  1. Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest service.
  2. Interact with guests and hotel personnel in an efficient and friendly manner.
  3. Provide effective support to the team to enable them to deliver a range of effective services.
  4. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide high levels of service standards.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction through constant interaction and personalized service by providing effective amenities and services.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset. Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming. Excellent organizational skills and time management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
