Bachelor's degree in construction management (civil engineering preferred), or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in contract administration in the construction industry.
Familiarity with construction contracts such as AIA, FIDIC, and other industry-standard forms.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
