Digital Marketing Manager – Emiratization

Antal has been mandated by one of our Semi government clients to hire an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to manage campaigns, optimize digital channels, and measure results effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  2. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  3. Plan, create, and oversee digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engines.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
  5. Optimize website and content to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  6. Manage and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to achieve ROI targets.
  7. Build and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms.
  8. Monitor and enhance audience engagement through innovative content strategies.
  9. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
  10. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies continuously.
  11. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align campaigns with organizational goals.
  12. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for seamless campaign execution.
  13. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  14. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for digital marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  1. UAE Nationals with family book
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
  4. Experience in sectors such as B2B, industrial, or technology marketing is advantageous.
  5. Skills: Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management.
  6. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and email marketing platforms.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
