Our Companies Pacific Global Solutions Ltd - India Based Accounting KPO (Website: ) PABS - US Based Accounting Company (Website: ) TechnoMark - Software Services Company (Website: ) PathQuest - Software Product Company (Website : ) Gyaata Solutions - Marketing Agency (Website: ) Profile: Specialist Accounts (Australia Accounting) Roles & Responsibilities: o Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts. o Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) in compliance with Australian taxation laws. o Handle payroll processing, including Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting. o Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards. o Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. o Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. o Conduct GST reconciliation and ensure correct reporting. o Prepare and lodge individual and small business tax returns. o Collaborate with onshore accountants to ensure accurate tax working. o Stay updated on changes to Australian tax laws and regulations Competencies Requirements: o Proficiency in accounting softwares MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, XPM, Logitax o Add on Software Hubdoc, esybills & Dext. o Strong knowledge of GST, BAS, and payroll regulations in Australia. o Excellent numerical and analytical skills. o Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. o Effective communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. o Experience with ATO portal and lodging returns online.
