Zonal Manager - Training

Job Description: We are looking for a candidate in HEALTH vertical for agency channel Accountable for achieving training targets for both the team & self across the entire North zone. Imparting classroom and field visit Training on HEALTH Products, Processes, Compliance, and Skills & Behavior etc. Includes extensive travel across assigned State / territory and on need basis across India. To design, develop and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the company's geographies. Get detailed understanding of training requirements and prioritize training programs. Coach and mentor sales team members as required and ensure resolution of any field issues Deciding monthly training calendar, Branch coverage & Productivity of sales team Execution of the training plan for New Employee. Training need identification Gap between present & desired state. Identification of business challenges
