Senior Associate, AML

Job Description As an integral member of the AML team’s daily operations, you will be providing quality client service with the guidance of MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients, Openness and Honesty. Reporting to the Director, AML, you will:

1. Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables adhering to company and department policies and procedures relating to AML, Data Governance and Outsourcing.
2. Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to consistently complete deliverables within SLAs, and escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
3. Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments adhering to a high quality standard and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses.
4. Through experience, provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverables.
5. Actively participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture.
6. Support and promote MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty.

1. Knowledge of AML processes and related functionalities.
2. Diploma or Bachelor degree in a business-related field preferred or relevant experience.
3. 2-4 years experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
