We are looking for an energetic, driven, and experienced Property Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and build strong relationships with Clients
- Manage and update CRM system with client and property details
- Provide expert insights and guidance to clients to make informed property decisions
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis, Prepare Property Presentations and Proposals
- Negotiate and handle objections effectively, Facilitate Smooth Transactions
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate market in Dubai
- Native or advanced proficiency in English
- Proven track record in networking, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, self-driven, and hardworking
