Who we are: Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries. We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Application Support Specialist to join our team. Job Scope: The role involves providing technical and functional support for software applications, particularly theYardi System, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for software applications, with a primary focus on Yardi System.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide guidance on systemfunctionalities.
- Conduct user training sessions on system usage and best practices, ensuring effective adoption oftools.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvements or updates.
- Liaise with the IT team or external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of the Yardi System and other softwareapplications.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new installations by performing testing and providingfeedback.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the supported systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards as requested by various departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi System is highly preferred
