We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team here at the Royal Marine Hotel. A South Dublin institution established in 1828, the Royal Marine Hotel is situated in an elevated site set in four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking Dublin Bay. The 4-star hotel offers guests a host of services, and the team at the Royal Marine is exciting, extremely dynamic, and always working at developing a continuously growing business and a vibrant hotel.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system.
- Display excellence in food preparation and service.
- Experience of menu design and implementation and food costings.
- Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
