Job Type: Permanent role with the Client Position Summary: As the lead for the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, you will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) system. This role ensures a centralized view of organizational risk, supporting senior management in informed decision-making. You'll manage the full lifecycle of the GRC system, aligning processes and system capabilities with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow IRM, covering key GRC modules (Compliance & Audit, Risk Management, Third Party Risk, etc.).
- Integrate and streamline risk management processes, ensuring automation and accurate reporting.
- Manage the central risk register, fostering a comprehensive risk view (operational, compliance, third-party risks).
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow IRM, offering guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units) to understand and translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Provide project management oversight, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables for GRC system implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new ServiceNow features to continuously enhance the GRC system.
- Ensure alignment with senior leadership and Steering Committees on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with ServiceNow IRM solutions, including successful implementations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of GRC principles, including risk management and compliance.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Risk & Compliance), ServiceNow System Administrator, and Project Management or risk-related certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISSP).
