The Job in a Nutshell This is a Riyadh-based role for a Data Analytics Senior Manager within Foodics, a leading Restaurant POS SaaS company operating across the GCC, Egypt, and Jordan. As a key contributor to Foodics’ mission of empowering restaurants to achieve operational excellence, you will spearhead analytics for Customer Operations. You will play a pivotal role in building a robust data infrastructure, designing insightful dashboards, and driving data-driven decisions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of the data analytics strategy for Customer Operations, aligning with organizational goals.
Oversee the creation of comprehensive dashboards that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data analytics team, including Senior Analysts.
Develop a data roadmap for automating repetitive tasks and improving operational productivity with data engineering team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
Conduct advanced data analysis, including correlations, to unlock insights that enhance customer success and Foodics Pay operations.
Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure a unified and efficient data infrastructure.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex data issues, including disconnected systems and multiple data warehouses.
Drive innovation in analytics by adopting new tools, techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What Are We Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, with leadership qualities.
Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong understanding of data architecture and warehouse management.
Experience in building and scaling analytics teams, including recruiting and mentoring talent.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Candidates with prior experience in SaaS, F&B, or Fintech industries.
Individuals familiar with the challenges of startup environments or high-growth companies.
Professionals with certifications in data analytics, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
Those who have experience with large-scale data infrastructure and integration projects.
Candidates with hands-on experience in tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.
