HYDE HOTEL DUBAI Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences, part of the world-leading Accor group, opened the first Hyde hotel outside of the United States, Hyde Hotel Dubai, in close proximity to the iconic Burj Khalifa directly fronting the Business Bay canal and promenade. Hyde Hotel Dubai, a five-star hotel, opened its doors in Q4 2021. The 276 rooms, all with balconies, are a mix of gracious standard rooms and luxurious suites with views of the Dubai Canal, the Dubai skyline, and the iconic Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. Hyde Hotel Dubai features three incredible culinary experiences including the Mediterranean concept, Cleo Mediterráneo, contemporary Japanese from Katsuya, and hand-crafted burgers from Hudson Tavern. Also on the property is The Perq, a coffee concept, a lobby lounge, and Hyde pool & lounge, as well as a spa, male/female salon, fitness center, swimming pool, and retail area. The hotel’s public areas, guestrooms, and Cleo were designed by Ciarmoli Queda Studio. Katsuya, Hudson Tavern, and Hyde pool and lounge were designed by Tristan Plessis Studio.

Job Description

  • Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Ensure smooth internal telecommunication as per Raffles Standards.
  • Accurately record and control wake-up calls.
  • Assist guests with international calls and directory queries.
  • Call guests by name whenever possible.
  • Page staff members when requested.
  • Abide by principles of guest privacy.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
  • Bill call costs.
  • Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
  • Strictly abide by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare, and other critical situations.
  • Advise defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life, and safety system.
  • Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures.
