Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:

  1. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for HORECA clients.
  2. Monitor and update sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  3. Handle inquiries from clients and provide relevant product or service information.
Customer Relationship Management:
  1. Serve as a point of contact for HORECA clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
  3. Maintain a database of clients, track interactions, and ensure timely responses.
Order Processing:
  1. Oversee order placement, follow-up, and delivery schedules.
  2. Liaise with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Address and resolve any issues related to orders or services.
Administrative Duties:
  1. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to streamline processes.
  2. Ensure alignment between sales activities and company objectives.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
  4. Prepare and distribute sales materials and reports.
  5. Handle routine administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and documentation.
