It is an exciting time to work in the field of AI to create a long-lasting impact. We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our customer screening modules. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate and execute onboarding activities, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful adoption of our products. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, your daily workload might include:

Defining the strategic direction of your team and contributing to the technical strategy for the screening modules.
Guiding and coaching an exceptional team of engineers, mentoring them in both technical and non-technical aspects, to build stable, scalable, and reliable features and services.
Assisting team members in shaping their individual careers while fostering a self-organized, agile, and autonomous team environment.
Establishing and enhancing Engineering Practices within your team to improve engagement, delivery speed, and the quality of the features and services.
Collaborating with product managers to lead team projects, managing stakeholders, dependencies, roadmaps, alignment, and cost.
Working closely with your team to identify necessary changes, create a vision to guide the change through inspiration, and execute the change effectively.
Actively contributing to the evolution of our overall architecture, particularly for systems and products managed by your team.
Scaling various organizational processes, including engineering hiring and onboarding.
