All Doha British Schools offer a traditional British Pastoral provision and an extensive range of extra-curricular activities.Successful applicants must have:BSC/BA in Facility Management or Engineering.Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.Total 15 years experience in the field of Facilities, Asset Management, Real Estate and minimum 8 years experience in Managing facilities and building maintenance.Exceptional domain knowledge, with extensive experience of the functioning of the Facilities Management department.Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.Knowledge of budgeting and ability to create and manage an approved budget (CAPEX & OPEX).Ability to read and understand leases and contracts.Conflict resolution management.Management skills of running an organizational function with a proven track record of achieving and or exceeding functional metrics goals.*We Offer:Tax free monthly salaryAnnual flight allowance for Self/FamilyPrivate Medical insurance for Self, Spouse, up to 2 children under the age of 18.Life Insurance Coverage for selfEnd of service gratuityRelocation Cost (Visa, Medical, Employee Air Ticket)To apply, please complete and upload the DBS Application Form to the portal.
