JOB QUALIFICATION: Customer Service Officer / Supervisor

• * SALARY RANGE: 24,000 - 30,000 (with Bonus Award once regularized)
• * WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri (whole day 7:30-5:00), Saturday (half day)
• * WORK LOCATION: Makati, Reposo Brgy Bel Air

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells

QUALIFICATIONS:

GRADUATE OF 4 YEAR COURSE

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
