Our client is an international MNC from the Maritime Industry with offices worldwide and looking to hire an : HR and Admin Executive (based in Sector 62 Noida) ORGANIZATION: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Executive – HR and Admin to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle day-to-day office administration, foster employee engagement, and ensure smooth operations through effective management of office resources and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Engagement: Organize events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and employee morale.
- Leave and Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records of employee leave and attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support : Support recruitment efforts by conducting reference checks and preparing employment contracts. Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees, including documentation and induction.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure compliance with company policies and streamline processes for effective service delivery. Monitor and manage vendor services to align with organizational needs.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment. Support organizational events, meetings, and other administrative requirements.
- Visitor Management: Manage visitor logs, incoming calls, and coordinate office access to maintain security and professionalism.
- Pantry Management: Ensure pantry supplies are well-stocked and the area is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and admin role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous and able to work independently and with a team with a proactive approach.
