Legal Secretary for Corporate Partners One of Ireland’s premier law firms is now seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for Dublin office. Clients are principally in the corporate, financial and business sectors, government entities, state bodies, pension funds, and educational institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative assistance to Partners and assist them in providing premier professional service to clients. Responsibilities
- Drafting, amending, preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard, in accordance with house style and to deadlines.
- Dealing with client queries, ensuring handled in professional, courteous and prompt manner.
- Client invoicing drafting narratives, preparing reports tailored to client specification through e-billing.
- Maintaining and archiving files.
- Preparing pleadings and briefs and bibles for Court.
- Scheduling documents.
- Dictaphone and copy typing.
- Organising travel arrangements.
- Diary management.
- Other secretarial, administrative and ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested.
- 4+ years’ experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- 60+ wpm typing speed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational /prioritisation skills to manage busy workload and meet client needs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideally Secretarial or Legal/Admin course qualification
