Job Description

The Role:
  1. Maintaining a date database for resumes for future facilitation of recruitment needs.
  2. Assist in the recruitment and hiring.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment process from coordinating interviews, contracting to Heartists arrivals.
  4. Establish and maintain effective Heartists relations.
  5. Coordinate with all departments with regard to Talent & Culture related activities.
  6. Coordinate with the PRO to obtain Heartists visas and manage the arrival process of new Heartists.
  7. Responsible for the audit of his/her related work area.
  8. Maintain Heartists files by regularly filing documents.
  9. Develop and maintain confidential departmental Heartists files, documents and databases.
  10. Coordinate Heartists recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete.
  11. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  12. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other Heartists.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree at least in a related discipline an asset.
  2. Previous administration or human resources experience required or Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  5. Ability to focus attention on colleagues' needs, remains calm and courteous at all times.
