GrowTalent.com is working with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Russian-speaking Product Manager to join their team. Position: Product Manager Location: Remote/ GMT 4 (1 HR) Employment type: Fulltime Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sector.
- Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
- Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate customer needs into clear actionable product specifications that align with business goals.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements.
- Monitor the development process ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offerings.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvements.
- Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clients.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when needed.
- Native/Fluency in English both written and oral. B2 Level of Russian.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a successful track record of delivering and scaling financial software solutions.
- Solid understanding of the brokerage and financial services industry.
- Experience in managing referral programs in CFD trading.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable product features.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, orchestration, and message streaming technologies.
- Familiarity with load testing tools.
