Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Washington Accord degree in Civil Engineering
• CPEng certification (or ability to obtain)
• 8+ years of post-degree experience in Civil Engineering, with significant NZ experience
• Strong expertise in one or more areas : geotechnical, structural, environmental, three waters, or transportation / traffic
• Proven track record in project oversight and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent relationship-building skills with staff, clients, and contractors
