- 3-5 years of management-level experience in the facilities industry.
- Strong analytical, numeric, and fiscal skills with a focus on cost management and productivity improvement.
- Proven commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing operational activities to ensure quality, timely completion, and minimal rework.
- Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and ability to ensure compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; intermediate computer literacy and a current full driver’s license.
